Bptik - Puskom Ur And Quadra Luminari Held An Internal Workshop And Microsoft Office Specialist Try Out: "It Is Time For Students To Have A Clear Roadmap And International Certified "

JU-The 4th floor of Rectorate University of Riau on Tuesday (23/10) filled with long queues, staffs, and students who came, dominated by students from Information Management UR. They were so enthusiasm to came in Internal Workshop and Microsoft Office Specialist Certification International  Try Out powered by the Agency for Information and Communication Technology Services (BPTIK), UR Computer Centre and Quadra Luminari. The event will take place from 09.00 am until 12.00 pm and then at 13:30 pm followed by a Try Out Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) at the Dahlia Room in UR Computer Center.

The event was opened with welcome speech by DR. Hilwan Yuda Teruna, M.Si  (Head of BPTIK UR), followed by DR. Adi Prayitno, M.Sc (UR Vice Rector on Cooperation). In his speech, Vice Rector said "UR so appreciate for this event because it's time for students should be able to update the technology development. What does the world say if we are not technology literate? "

Internal workshops was explained deeper by Ismail Syah (Managing Director of PT. Wordware Indonesia). PT. Wordware Indonesia as a partner Quadra Luminari (Microsoft Gold Certified Partner). The man who had been a dozen years in many parts of Microsoft Certifications provides an overview of the opportunities and challenges in 2015, especially to students who are expected to have long-term plans "Students should have a future roadmap and in 2015 we will be competitive internationally. The final part of the workshop was doing pre-test or the Microsoft Office Specialist certification with specialization Word 2007 try out held at Dahlia Room in UR Computer Center. Pre test lasts for 10 minutes of every single participant. "This is an example of the MOS certification test.
